Displacement Sensor Introduction
DADISICK displacement sensor has extremely high measurement accuracy, can meet the needs of precision measurement, fast measurement speed, and real-time feedback of measurement results. It can be used for dimensional measurement, position identification of tiny parts, monitoring of parts on conveyor belts, detection of material thickness and surface roughness, etc. DADISICK displacement sensor is divided into two types: contact and non-contact.
Laser displacement sensor is a sensor that uses laser technology for triangulation. It is mainly composed of laser, laser detector and measurement circuit. It can measure the position, displacement and other changes of the measured object non-contactly. It can be used for dimensional measurement, precise measurement of length, distance and roughness profile, etc.
Contact displacement sensor is a precision measuring device that detects changes in position or displacement by directly contacting the measured object. Unlike non-contact sensors, it eliminates potential interference from environmental factors such as light, dust or electromagnetic fields, ensuring high accuracy and high stability.
