DADISICK Industrial Safety Mats Sensor is a pressure-sensitive safety guard device that senses pressure changes immediately when a person or object stands or presses on the safety mat, detecting the movement and presence of workers or equipment on the safety mat. When the safety mat is subjected to the set minimum weight, the switch closes and the controller immediately sends a stop signal to the protected machine to stop it from working, such as stopping the machine, turning on a warning light, or sounding an alarm to avoid accidents and protect the operator from injury. Safety mat sensors can be customized to meet the specific needs of your factory.

Enhanced Safety:

Safety mats offer flexible and easy installation, securing them to the ground. By assembling multiple safety mat sensors, single-area safety protection can be enhanced, expanding the protection range and increasing flexibility. The safety mats are compatible with switch-mode safety controllers, come standard with a 4-pin fail-safe wiring, and can be used with DADISICK safety relays (Ter-A).

Durability:

DADISICK safety mats feature an R9 anti-slip surface layer, offering moisture resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and abrasion resistance, ensuring long-term use in factory environments. The switching elements have a rated life of over 3 million cycles and can withstand impact loads of 800 kg/cm². We stock a variety of standard sizes and can quickly customize sizes and shapes to your needs.

Applicability:

As an industrial-grade pressure-sensitive safety mat, the pressure-sensing switch pad uses a press-to-trigger design at any position, designed to detect personnel or heavy objects weighing over 20 kg. It is suitable for personnel safety sensing in hazardous machinery and hazardous locations in factory environments. Examples include: machine operation control, automated assembly line protection, robot area protection, automatic door operation, hazardous area protection, general industrial and other light and heavy industrial applications.
