Omron Launches New ZP-L Laser Displacement Sensor, Combining Detection Stability and Ease of Use
Traditional laser displacement sensors are often cumbersome to install and debug, and require high professional skills from operators, which not only prolongs the initial configuration time of the equipment, but also limits its promotion and application in more scenarios to a certain extent. In response to this, Omron has released a new laser displacement sensor, the ZP-L, which combines detection stability with ease of use, and has a carefully crafted user interface, which significantly shortens working hours and innovates the engineering chain.

Whether it is a black glossy workpiece that barely reflects light or a metal workpiece that strongly reflects light, the ZP-L can stably detect it without having to adjust the measurement cycle for each workpiece.

Computer Tool for Instant Verification Without Recorder
Simply connect a computer with the PC tool installed to a switching hub to check the sensor status without affecting the equipment control operation. Operation checks can be performed without programming on a data logger or PLC.
